We envision a future where SSJFOWA continues to be a model of cooperation, respect, and mutual support. As the governing body of the Joy Flat community, we take on a range of responsibilities and services to ensure the smooth running of the residential complex:
We oversee the maintenance and repair of common areas, including elevators, hallways, gardens, parking areas, and more.
We prioritize the safety of all residents, ensuring that security measures such as surveillance cameras, guards, and emergency procedures are in place.
We organize social events, workshops, and gatherings that help residents get to know one another and build a stronger sense of community.
We provide a platform for resolving conflicts or issues between residents in a fair and constructive manner.
We handle the financial aspects of the community, including budgeting, fee collection, and allocation for maintenance, improvements, and emergency funds.
We believe in keeping residents informed about decisions, financial matters, and any developments within the community.
We hold ourselves responsible for the smooth operation of the association and make sure that everyone’s needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
